Nutrition is one of the most important aspects of your health and fitness journey.
The right balance of vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and good fats can help you achieve a stronger immune system and enhance your overall physical performance.
This does not just mean decreasing your food in-take as...
“Eating Better, Not Less, is the Key to a Balanced Diet.”
But, we can often find ourselves battling with our busy schedules and not having enough time to take care of ourselves.
An effective way to consistently keep your nutrition in check is to dive into meal preparation.
Plan out your schedule for the up-coming week and buy groceries according to the menu you would like to create. Pick meals that are healthy, relatively easy and good to store in the fridge for the week.
At the beginning of the week, prep in advance for the rest of the days and store it correctly. Bulk prepping can save time in the future so take some time out once a week to organize your nutritional plans. It's important to prep meals that last a maximum of 2 days otherwise the food you consume may be packed with preservatives or won't give you its full nutritional value.
