Hi, I'm Mo.​ 

I’m motivating, training, and encouraging women to reach their health goals because we all deserve to feel strong, fit, and confident.

For the last ten years, I have worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Healthy Eating Weight Loss Coach, and an athlete.

I’ve helped over 100 clients build strength, boost their energy levels, and reach their health goals.

What if I have existing health issues or injuries?

We always recommend checking with your doctor if you have existing injuries or health concerns. The workouts inside the 4-week Get Moving Challenge are accessible and you’ll have weekly opportunities to ask your trainer specific questions about what is best for YOUR body.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

You’ll need to dedicate an hour per day, 5 days a week. (That’s less than a full day each month!) What can you give up every day to make your health a priority?

Can I customize the exercise to my fitness level?

Yes! With weekly access to our trainer, Mo Akins, you have the opportunity to ask questions or share your concerns. Mo will offer customizations or recommend a different workout if an exercise isn't working for you.

 

What happens after the 4-week challenge ends?

That depends on you! We offer monthly memberships if you decide to keep at it. We also provide one-on-one online coaching for anyone looking to level up. OR, you can take what you've learned in the 4-week challenge and continue by yourself.

Are there any supplements or meal replacements?

Nope. We do not sell supplements or meal replacements. We provide nutritional information and guidance on meal prep and planning to help you make healthy, sustainable choices that fit into your life long-term.

How strict are the meal planning and nutrition advice? 

There are no strict meal plans or calorie counting. Our focus is helping you develop life-long healthy eating habits. (nutrition coaching available one-on-one for an additional cost).
