We are growing our brand with some new products and services to help take you to the next level in the new year. We already have our LYBL News, but now we also have Podcasts, Online Training, Hybrid Online Training, and 8 Week Strong & Fit Challenge

Health Your Own Way Podcasts: Every Friday, Head Coach Mo Akins meets with a health and/or fitness professional to discuss topics that will help our clients become a healthier version of themselves. In addition, starting March 2020, each month we will have a spot light episode highlighting people that have made health changes in their life and discussing how they accomplished their goals. Online Training: If you want to make changes in your life and looking for someone that will keep you accountable and create a personalized programs to achieve your health goals, we offer programs that fits your needs and goals. An assessment will be required to develop a program for you based on functional movement. You will also be provided with personalized nutritional guidelines and bi-weekly check-ins to ensure accountability and recognition of goals achieved. Hybrid Online Training: Hybrid Online training is only available in GTA (Greater Toronto Area) outside GTA please contact us. Hybrid is a mixture of online program and one on one personal training. If you want to make changes in your life but needs some one on one training to keep you accountable and teach your proper form. An assessment will be required to develop a program for you based on functional movement. You will also be provided with personalized nutritional guidelines and bi-weekly check-ins to ensure accountability and recognition of goals achieved.
