I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach as well as Healthy Eating Weight Loss Coach with over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry not only as a coach but as a nationally qualified powerlifter, a fitness competition helping individuals like yourself reach their own version of health.

I have trained over 100 clients by giving them the tools they need to live a healthy life in their own way.​

In addition to fitness, I also work as a consultant in the Fintech industry. I understand the challenges of balancing the corporate environment, owning a business, a personal life while maintaining your health.​
