I am a certified personal fitness trainer as well as a healthy eating weight loss coach with over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry helping individuals like yourself reach their own version of health.
I have trained over 100 clients by giving them the tools they need to live a healthy life in their own way.
In addition to fitness, I also work as a consultant in the Fintech industry. I understand the challenges of balancing the corporate environment, owning a business, a personal life while maintaining your health.
