Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Mo.

I'm a Fitness & Healthy Eating Weight Loss Coach.

I am a certified personal fitness trainer as well as a healthy eating weight loss coach with over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry helping individuals like yourself reach their own version of health. 

I have trained over 100 clients by giving them the tools they need to live a healthy life in their own way.

In addition to fitness, I also work as a consultant in the Fintech industry. I understand the challenges of balancing the corporate environment, owning a business, a personal life while maintaining your health.

Because of this, I want to help high achievers like you by guiding you step-by-step through the three-step process I have crafted to help you stay healthy and achieve your career goals while maintaining your overall well-being.

You don't have to force yourself to follow an exercising regimen that makes you want to give up. I coach you on a sustainable and effective routine so you will actually enjoy working out without body shaming that demotivates you.


"I don't have time."

I understand it's hard to find the time when you're juggling a million things. I will find ways to incorporate the program into your routine so implementation does not have to be a struggle. 

"My schedule is extremely busy. How much time will I have to dedicate to getting results?"

The Strong & Fit Protocol Program requires you to spend about 10 minutes watching videos, and about 60 minutes doing some initial education, worksheets, and journaling. The amount of time spent tracking food and workouts will depend on your lifestyle, goals, and needs. Even though you have a lot on your plate, I believe you can prioritize healthy eating and physical activity.

"Is there a minimum level of fitness I need to do this?"

No, I welcome beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels in the Strong & Fit Protocol Program! Your program will be designed based on your fitness. You should always consult with your physician before beginning any type of fitness or diet program.  

"Will I get 1:1 coaching and/or support from Mo?"

Yes, we are committed to your transformation. Based on your membership level, you will receive either 1:1 coaching or group coaching sessions. Within the program, there will be support and the chance to ask questions during weekly meetings or inside the private Facebook group where you will be inspired and empowered by the incredible community.

"Will this work for me if I have special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.)?"

We'll teach you how to construct your own diet lifestyle so you can choose what foods to eat and which ones not to! Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, or have other dietary restrictions. You'll learn how to include the foods you love in a nutrition plan that works for you!  

"What is the membership commitment?"

To participate in the Strong & Fit Protocol Program, you must commit for three months. However, you do have the option of re-enrolling. You can choose the one-payment option or payment plan.
